Is this legal to deliver alcohol?
Yes, 247 Liquor is fully licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and can legally deliver alcohol in Canada with licenses and agreements where required.
All of our delivery agents, associates and employees are fully licensed drivers with SMART Service Ontario certification and have been carefully screened and background checked.
Where do you deliver to?
Whereas 247 Liquor will be expanding into other cities and Provinces in early 2022. Deliveries are currently available in the Greater Toronto Area, Vaughn, Richmond Hill and Markham Ontario, Canada only. For further details, contact support@247liquor.ca.
Do you offer gift deliveries?
Yes, gift deliveries are available. You can pay online and schedule the delivery date/time through the website. Just follow the on-screen prompts in the cart.
How can I pay?
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and other valid credit cards. Please note, 5% surcharge is applied to credit card orders.
What are your hours of operation?
Deliveries can be made during permissible hours listed here, on the day of your deliver and/or during 247 Liquor hours of operations on the day of your delivery. However, you can schedule an order for any date/time up to 7 days in advance.
Our general hours of operations are as follows:
Monday to Saturdays: 9:30AM to 11:00PM - Order close at 10:30PM.
Sundays: 11:0AM to 11:00PM - Order close at 10:30PM.

Do you take empties?
247 Liquor delivery agents will take empties for $5.00 per regular sized beer bottle boxes (mixed bottles). Large quantities will have to be prearranged; you can call in at +1 [437] 655-2281 to arrange a pickup if the amount exceeds the equivalent of 3 cases of regular sized beer bottle boxes (mixed bottles). 247 Liquor delivery agents are not required to take empties but are asked to provide this option as an extra convenience to our customers for a fee.
How long does deliveries usually take?
Deliveries are usually fulfilled under 2 hours. Regular deliveries within 1 hour. You might experience slight delays on your orders during peak times or holidays.

Can I order alcohol for delivery if I am under 19?
No, only 19 or older clients are allowed to order alcohol (21 or order for US customers) and government issued I.D. must be provided upon delivery. We reserve the right to refuse delivery without refund to anyone who cannot provide identification or have sufficient documents to prove legal drinking age.
How much are the delivery fees?
We apply a delivery fee of $9.99 for orders to be delivered under 2 hours. $4.99 for orders scheduled to be delivered next day.
An admin fee is already applied onto the items before checkout. The admin fee allows us to continuously provide you with the service you love.
